Yet, many people live a very busy life and unfortunately, that means that sleep gets underprioritized sometime. Most of them do not know the main 7 reasons why sleep is important.
Some people seem to be able to function perfectly just after 4-5 hours of sleep, while others need a least 7-8 hours. Personally, I need 8-9 hours of sleep before I wake up and feel completely rested and ready for a new day. We all know how a good night of sleep feels like.
